You're like, hey, I used to be able to do "THAT" (chin-ups, handstands, push-ups, the SPLITZ - maybe ALL OF IT). You USED to be able to bench press 250, squat 325, and run a mile without 🤮
THEN - you stopped. Life happened. Work, kids, every day on 🔥
You still go to the gym, and do some stuff. But that stuff is boring, repetitive, lacks dimension, and yep, you can't bend over and touch your toes anymore. Too tight, coupled with mild anxiety that you might blow your back out 🙄
And the MAN BOOBS....ARE GROWING.......
